i purchased an AIVA -bag from yebhi few days ago and the picture shown of that bag was quite nice and it cost me Rs.2000/- as soon as I reached to the bag and open it, it really pathetic because the bag looks like  not as of AIVA, as the quality was not satisfactory.


Then I make a call back to yebhi and I am very much angry.My call was escalated to Mr. RAHUL TIWARI  == and he really help me out like he arrange the reverse pick-up and the quality was checked and after that I even don't need to do the call again as he also send the GV to me with the required compensation. I really thankful for his support, and must say he really helped me out and he ensure me that it will not happen again as I again place the order for the bag and this time its really good.
