This is regarding Spellbinding Kashmir package of yours which was opted by me. My Booking ref number is : YT10117027(Holidays)
I request you to refund my whole amount because of the reasons mentioned below :
1) My both the flights got rescheduled : and missed by me. Yatra dint inform me. when contacted AIR INDIA - they said - they tried to inform me but agent has not updated your contact details instead updated their toll free number. It caused me lot of trouble and inconvenience.
2) You have included sightseeing in your inclusions ( refer your spell bounding Kashmir package) - but at each place ( excluding Srinagar) no sightseeing was carried out by yatra.
3) Hotel hill view - pahalgam rooms have mouse in the bad - after pleading for hours - they accommodated another room - without hot water.
4) All toll taxes were paid by me - driver insisted that they need to paid by me.
5) House boat provided to me was of substandard - no light - no hot water- no heater . at below zero temperature , when we asked to shift us to a nearby hotel - Agent ( honeygold retreats) refused to do so - and yatra customer care also mot given heed to my requests.
Therefore , for all the troubles I have got , for the worst ever experience of this kind ( unfortunately it was my honeymoon trip)..i want to recover all the money I spent on this tour.
