I have booked and almost paid up for a holiday through yatra. But now seeing their response time to even simple queries or their disinterest to stay in touch once the holiday is sold despite follow up calls by me is getting me very worried.
They have not bothered to pre block my seats on airline even though I am travelling with an infant. They aren't responding to emails. I am so worried on their service once I reach there.
Until holiday was sold. Customer service was excellent and prompt. Now they all have vanished. Should I pay the balance or not.wondering. Any suggestions?
