We have made our booking through yatra and done complete payment. After payment our sales staff Mrs. Namita and post sales staff Mr. Pushkar are not talking to us. We have called them hundreds of times, but they are not receiving our calls. Dropped them numerous emails but all go unanswered. We have tried tried to contact them through yatra’s Customer support toll free number, and everytime support person ensures us that we will get a callback in couple of hours along with the reply on email. But they are all lying. We have not received any kind of communication till yet. And there are only 7 days left in our travel.
