I have booked a international flight for new delhi to auckland and got one simple correction in traveller name due to typo mistake one alphabet is missing from the name they demand extra charge of 30000 for the same where as the total ticket cost is of 70000 thousand .what a company not customer centric only for making money without any ethics.
Getting this answer after one week after taking regular follow up. Not make any booking from this site specially flight booking.
