I booked a ticket from yatra.. called them to cancel it. They did not refund my money because may be their customer service representative could not cancel it from their end. I just lost 12000 without flying anywhere.. They did not refund my money.. no reply on mails..


I am going to consumer court now. I suggest everyone to stop using this website.. they are all frauds.. For any clarification mail me at ashuatic@gmail.com
