Yatra.com sucks!!!
yatra.com is same as Makemytrip...
case 1:
yatra.com took my $2300 US dollars and didn’t give me ticket.... now I told my bank (bank of america) and they will handle everything...
never
trust Indian website... go with expedia.com ( paying little extra at expedia.com is better than calling 50 times and losing all money at yatra.com or makemytrip.com)
case 2:
I bought a ticket from India to US and had done a partial payment online. When I called them for remaining payment then they gave me yatra account no and told me to do a money transfer. I did a wire transfer through ICICI bank and never received a conformation from them. After calling several time they told me that they don’t received any payment from me. I would never trust this freaking company again!!!!!!! such a fraud.
