I had booked tickets from mum-visakhapatnam round trip in apr, 2011 and unfortunately I had cancelled due to some other problems. Now guess what happened, I still dint get a refund for my tickets , no matter how many times I called to yatra they always ask me for 2-3 working days to process my request and this is happening like forever.

I just saw that the reviews in this site are being responded by some concerned yatra staff, for them my ticket reference number is 2704116881. Hoping for a good service at least now after six months of processing of my request.
