I do a hotel booking, I dont get the phone number.With the given address, I ask traffic constables, locals around the supposed location but no one knows. I search for 2 hours but cant find it.
I try calling up the "24x7" customer service multiple times, but after opening announcement, it disconnects.I checkin to a different hotel and ask for refund for the lack of service by email immediately after I checkin to the new hotel.
I dont get refund because yatra tells me I shouldve informed either the hotel or them that I could not find it. Question is how. If you find an asnswer, let me know. If you cant, dont use yatra.
