One of the worst experience and Yatra is no different than other fleecing portals. I made a booking at 12.32 PM on Aug 22 and flight was on 23rd
....I was charged 50% for cancellation which I did on 6.37 PM.
They don't operate in hrs from 12-6.30 AM
And Mr. Sumit Sharma charged me following ...
18280 air charges for cancellation + 2415 service tax +1000 service fee +300 refund admin+200 conveyance fee
