I really have a ver bad experience with yatra.com. I cancelled mine one flight ticket of go air but didnt get mine cash back even after making repeatable customer call. These people just know to take money but for other services they are pathetic. But I find cleartrip really good in this regard.


I really dont like the way they handle any issue.
