I had booked a Tripple Occupancy room in Sakinaka hotel, Blue Orchid through Yatra.com looking at the Photographs of the Hotel and rooms. When I started booking, the rate was said as 3700 but they charged 4500 when payment option came.
The Hotel never had any room as advertised. Infact the same photos are used by 6 more hotels in the Yatra.com site.
This is outright cheating and I am contemplating filing a case under section 420.
This review is for customers intending to book hotel rooms from Yatra. They are not at all reliable as a Hotel booking site.
Dont book any unknown hotels from such dubious sites when you dont know the hotel personally.
