I asked for 4 tickets to Edmonton via London, they issued tickets via London, but also vis USA. The representative I spoke to many a times did not tell me that a visa is required even if one is in transit in USA.
Thus I was stranded in London as we were not allowed to board the plane to Edmonton via USA. This was on 22/12/2010, and we had to buy new tickets at our expense to Edmonton and had to spend an extra 4 days in London at our expense.
On return we contacted Yatra.com by mail but NO response at all from them. They know they are guilty...BEWARE OF YATRA.COM for your own good.
