I used to use yatra frequently untill recently when I booked a trip from goa to banglore in a bogus bus operator known as island travels, bus driver left without me even when we were waiting at the scheduled place way ahead of time, the bus had a different name outside( probably a borrowed vehicle) and they didnt pick our call to find the bus, later on I realised the driver was drunk aswell.To my horror I tried to contact yatra to complain and I found that there is no real option to call them after 7pm.I requested to conduct an enquiry in to this and refund money which was obviously declined.There is no option to write an open review in the site which is against the guidelines.Even if you get a better deal from yatra , please dnt ever use this fraudsters because they dnt give a damn about customer service nor conduct any quality checks.
