I purchased my new yamaha gladiator type ss recently & have done 600kms on it. The bike is awesome on looks(black & red colour) & same on ride. I can say a full comfort ride. 125 cc market in india is to most extent a perfectly competetive market & many a times it is difficult for buyers 2 decide which bike 2 buy.

People blindly go for hero honda & bajaj & consider yamaha as a inferior quality bike manufacturer. Some people also hv a conviction th8 yamaha after sale service is poor which I totally disagree with. leaving everything else, yamaha gladiator type ss is a cool bike. you may not like it's pick up on low RPMs but it is quite high at higher RPMs where other 125cc bikes loose out. I even rode the bike @ 20km/hr in 5th gear during test ride & 2 my astonishment the bike was totally vibration-free.

I haven't taken my bike above 50km/hr till now but I can assure u all th8 it will easily cross 100km/hr & may go upto 110km/hr because with in seconds it touches 50 km/hr. And who says gladiator does not give average. According to me it is the most fuel efficient bike in its class. it was giving the avg of 60+ b4 first service. If u hv a choice, go for yamaha.
