Dear All, I purchased my Yamaha Crux bike in July 2012, after seeing reviews from Mouthshut and also from other portals. Let me write my experience with my bike.

  1. It is easy to balance the bike even in high traffic, but same time very difficult to balance even in normal traffic with pillion rider.

  2. My bike gives only between 45-50 KM/L, though I ride in 40 KM speed and follows other good driving tips even after it got tuned by showroom person and the local mechanic.

  3. Not heavy but heavier than splendor and the height is also more compared to splendor.

  4. Long seat which gives more comfort for the pillion rider.

  5. Seat is very rough and hard.

  6. Head light is not so bright.

  7. Not spent any rupee for the spare part replacement(but of course yes the bike is not very old and completed only 5000 kms.).

  8. Easy kick start and also could start with gear engaged if you start with the clutch pressed.

  9. Not many mechanics are good in handling Yamaha bikes like that of Honda, Suzuki or any other.

  10. When the bike is new, it may not get start easily in winter season, but later it gets start easily even in cold temperature.
