All happy with yahoo until this. Review on Yahoo

I must say I was a very much satisfied user of yahoo till now. Maybe bcos I was using only the free services. Enter GPRS and I hate yahoo to the core. I try to dowload ringtones I get Internal Server Error. Try again since its an error. Same error. Try another day, same error. Finally comes along my bill and I see that yahoo has charged me for all the errrors.

So much for the issue. Now I contact my MSP (Mobile Service Provider), they say they are helpless and I should take up with Yahoo. I try to find Yahoo complaints/feedback form. Hard facts hit me...They have only silly FAQs no serious site for attending to complaints. Finally I grab hold of a yahoo US page and submit my complaint (Thanks to google search). After many emails back and forward, I am advised to contact Yahoo India. Now where do I start? Yahoo seems to have a site for everything except customer care!

Please be careful when you download something from Yahoo. In countries like US where customer is king there is hope, but in India.....money gone is gone forever!
