The delivery executive seems to have recently taken over contract from many new start ups for my area and is becoming a nuisance now
The executive calls for OTP over mobile so he can just drop the parcel at the gate and push off. I really had a hard time explaining him I cannot give OTP via phone

This time same person comes to take product for exchange/return. He doesn't update the records so until now we have not received the refund for the returned product
