Delivery boy came with pay on delivery item was asked to delivery after sometimes he started shouting i will not come again and again if u want take it or leave , the very next day message came shipment not done as customer is out of station. My wife called as shipment was in her name then again he started shouting I will not come , I was told u r not at home.. this is the way they talk to female customer on calling to customer care they said we will look into this and item will be delivered by 7pm but next day message again came that we refused to recieve the shipment.such a irresponsible behaviour and control of company towards customer is unacceptable
