They are not only making fools of Indians but also others outside the country. Think 200 times before you join hand with these frauds. Fusion BPO and Xplore Tech suck.
This is a family business run by two friends Pankaj Dhanuka and Kishore Saraogi. Both of them had swindled lot of money taking loans from local governments in Canada in the name of contact center business. They show fake offices to grab call center business from North America. Even they claim that this is an MNC.What a joke.
Their behavior with their employees is how you behave with your slaves. They do not have respect for their own people. The so called HR Manager of this company, Oindrilla Benerjee, is just like a puppet in their hands and change and make policies just to please her bosses. She is a real crap who does not portray any ethical values while carrying out her duties. Even she does not have any moral affinity towards the employees. Her job is to just hire and fire the executives. She knows that not even a single company other than Fusion BPO / Xplore-Tech will feed her any job. So, she has no other option than just to say "YES SIR" to all the wrong doings of her bosses.
Now, its time to raise up collectively and appeal to the West Bengal government to cancel their operating license in Kolkata.
Call center agents and other professionals, think 500 times if you are offered any job in this organization. It was not only me who is repenting now, there are many more. Request you all do proper investigation offline and online before you take any decision.
