When I joined the company I was just nil about the call center, Then one of my friend introduce Xplore tech, I was thinking to join this company or not because there are lot of bad things I heard about Xplore in the internet. But when my dad told me that this company is one of the oldest company for more then 6-7 years and still this company is doing the business in central part of kolkata, he also said people are always there to criticize, you always have to take your choice, then i've decided to work in the company.
And what I learned from them is really helpful just wanna say thanks, because of them I got a chance in HSBC and their Release letter really matters in the BPO Industries.
May be I was terminated for my late coming but the whole management was always very nice with me, Specially the HR Department, Partho Da and nadeem Bhai is one of the best friendly guy I have ever seen in any company. Wish I can work in Xplore again but with The Higher Salary.
So Fresher's you can join This company without any Second Thought.
