My Personal Experience as Employee:
**Good things:**
*Company**: As a company a great Union and blend of thoughts, innovation and motivation to work with this company.
*Work environment:** lateral work environment and gives a happy happy feeling.
*Time flexibility:** we can work in our own time flexible mode we have to complete our work and the forty hours of the week.
*Events**: **UMANG** is the event committee for the Xoriant which organizes the events and keep the employes happy and full of energy.
events like **cricket, TT, team building games, quarterly team lunch at reputed hotels, and many more*
HRM is very good and take care of each employee.
Company have grown from 350 employees in 2013 to more than 800 till 2015.
Hike in percentage which is main concerns of all the person who are joining the new company, here we get almost **15 to 25 percent hike every year.*
their a quarterly AHM(all hands meet) from all the three **offices location gurgoan, Pune and Mumbai*
*The company being the MNC have lot of onsite opportunity onsite for employee.*
*The head office is in Mumbai and the marketing office is in the Sunny valley san francisco USA*
**BAD:**
You will not get promotion quick as member once come to this company doesn't want to leave the company.
Hence the leads position doesn't get vacant fast.
