My advice to all of you out there- Please avoid Xolo phones. Xolo is a fraud company which sells mobile phones with a lot of ads and promotions at attractive price tags. You wont experience such a poor customer service from any other phone manufacturer.
Within 3 months of purchase, my X900 phone became dead and I sent the phone to Xolo service centre for repair. Even after 3 months, I have not received my phone. Whenever I call, they say it is under repair. After about 1 month, they told they are providing me a standby handset and I will get the same in 48 hours.
But I have not got the phone even after 2 months. Whenever I call, a new guy lifts the call and say 48 hours again. This is going on and on.
They have no shame to say the same thing again and again. Cheating poor customers who buy a phone for a lifetime with their hard earned money.
I am planning to file a case in consumer court against them.
You may buy any brand, but not Xolo.
