I am using this bulky tablet for more than 2 months now. I am fed up with the OS it came with. No further update or any patch release.
After sell service is pathetic. I researched on internet and found that the tablet's hardware can't handle Android Lollipop 5.1, specially for a power usage such as gamig. Nvedia is known for its high end gaming and graphics technologies.
But this tablet does not worth money. I found that the tablet can handle KitKat 4.4.2 very well. I visited ser''vice center and the care person seemed illiterate, no manners at all. I asked them to downgrade the OS to KitKat. They said, were don't have. If you really want that, leave your tablet for at least 30 days. We will send out to the company for that. Seriously? 30 days? Was I jocking there? I came back with no argument because I simply found that there are just getting paid for nothing and they don't want to work until someone yells. Because, they said they can't do anything such as downgrading OS without even checking device model or type. I called their toll free number and confirmed that it is possible to downgrade OS. That's why I went there but NO HELP AT ALL.
This device is being a nightmare now. I wish I had a time machine to go back and change my mind from buying this crap. : /
