Redmi note 4 4 GB RAM attracts a lot of buyers because of the specs it offers at very low price, I was also attracted to the offer and bought this phone in January and was satisfied with it's performance initially but the one thing that bothered me from the starting was it's hardware quality . After 2 months, it's mic stopped working and I registered my complaint to their toll free no., they told me to visit their service center where the executives told me that it happened because of some kind of physical damage which wasn't true and I told them no physical damage has been done to the p[hone but they insisted and charged me for changing the mike( the phone is in warranty period) . Other than this problem touch and UI of the phone are average, the sound reception is also OK, it's not a fast phone instead of having 4 GB RAM it takes time to open heavy files, the built quality isn't good and so is it's design and style . I sold this phone after 3 months because it started hanging and sometimes it's ringer was not workin properly .I am very disappointed from this phone and won't recommend it to anyone.
