I am using redmi note 3, 3gb Ram version for 8 months, And the performance of the phone is awesome. Yes I agree that it has some heating problem while charging but it is a very light problem. The camera is very good comparing to price but little low performance on night but in day light very good. Sound is very good, Dolby sound. 1080p resolution. You can use 4g in both sims but not at the save time, one in 4g and the other one will turn to 3g/2g. Yes, it is hybrid but if you buy the 32gb variant it is enough. Also you can add upto 1TB storage by using OTG facility ( I don't know the limit because I have used only 1TB hard disc in my phone) and it runs in usb2.0 in the phone very smoothly. The phone is very fast ( 3gb ram) . It has other feature like read mode, DND, cast, MI DROP, battery saver mode etc. The quickball facility is awesome you can use it as a shortcut for taking screenshot, lock screen, or any other app this is the time saver. Currently this phone is running in marshmallow6.0.1 and the MIUI is 8.2.3.0 the device has much upgraded. At last I want to say it is awesome.
