I am a Youtuber. I love the Xiaomi Brand because of their devices. Xiaomi Launched another budget smartphone in India Today. The design of the phone is different from the Chinese Variant. Here you can get three storage options.
2GB and 16GB @ Rs. 6990
3GB and 32GB @ Rs. 8999
4GB and 64GB @ Rs. 10999
The processors are same here.

So now, my opinion.
If you are going to buy 4GB and 64GB variant then my suggestion is increase your budget little bit and buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. Processor, battery and performance are really better than redmi 4.
If you are going to buy 3GB and 32GB variant then its good for you. Because in this price, you have an option of Redmi 3s Prime.
But this Redmi 4 device is better than Redmi 3s prime.
If you are going to buy 2GB and 16GB variant then this phone is quiet good for you.
So, The 2GB/16GB and 3GB/32GB variant of this phone are really good.
But as my opinion buy Xiaomi redmi note 4 instead of 4GB/64GB variant.
