I brought 2 months back, Suddenly touch is not working, I went to service center before 1 week back, they are telling it is water problem, I don't know even how it is water problem. I know I didn't put into water.
Mobile was working fine, only touch was not working for that they are saying, MOther board is not working, I argued withem, If mother board is not working how the mobile will work, how call & massages will come.
They took mobile & they told it will take 3 days but it is already 1 week over there is no response from them. THey simplly kept with them.
I mailed to mAnasultangers ( vishnu.kumar@tvs-e.in, Sudhindra@xiaomi.com) saying that I need response. I don't know what they are doing. Worst costumer service. Don't by mi mobile.
