I used this phone for 11 months. And in these many months my phone worked like a charm. The features of the phone are quite good. It comes with 8 MP camera, 1 GB ram and 8 gb storage. The cutomized os of the phone is quite good. The quality is simply superb. They seem to have worked a lot on that. And getting such a phone at Rs 5999 is absolutely an amazing deal.
The phone is not out of market and it's advanced version which is Redmi 2 is available a the same price. The only problem with the phone is it's battery backup. If you use your phone too much then you got to have a power bank if you buy Redmi 1s.
