Bought this fone last year, was working fine. The fone itself was value for money, nice looks and functionality.
Used it for 1 year and then its battery started having problems.heating/ discharging very fast. Gave the fone in authorised Xiaomi repair centre. The service centre guys said that the battry had issue and needed to be replaced. THE MOST AMAZING THING WAS THAT THEY SAID THAT THEY DO NOT KEEP ANY SPARE BATTERIES! Was amazed to learn that if the company does not keep authorised parts, then who will! The battery had also swollen-up! The personnel at the service cenrte also informed that THIS WAS A COMMON COMPLAINT AND THE COMPANY WAS AWARE OF IT!
Without the battery, my fone is a piece of brick!
I will never ever buy another Xiaomi product, even if they sell it for half the price!
