I purchased MI3 from Flipkart Aug'14 and we can use normal sim in this phone. In sep'14 or Oct'14 Mi India announce that they will deliver Microsim slot/Tray to all MI3 purchaser free and we need to register with details to apply for it. I done the registration but till now jul'15 it is not delivered. I complain regarding the same with MI3 customer care on 07-Jun-2015 and got the complain no as 252584 but still no result. Contacted 3 to 4 times but only get consolation that it will be done soon.
Now I am unable to make call Mi india help line - 18001036286 as whenever I call in this no either I get it busy or I am send to indefinite loop of waiting and after waiting 10 to 15 minutes for next available representative to attend I disconnect the call. Very poor customer care.
