I booked a 9-day Uttarakhand and Delhi tour. The booking and payment process was smooth, and we didn’t negotiate the quoted price, trusting the company for quality service.
However, the actual experience was disappointing:
Hotels were not as promised — mostly located in remote areas, with no parking, poor ventilation, and far below 3-star standards. In one case, we were denied check-in and shifted to an unhygienic place without hot water in winter.
The driver was unprofessional, more focused on ending the day early than following the itinerary. In Rishikesh, he didn’t take us to the temple for Ganga Aarti even though other vehicles reached there. In Mussoorie and Nainital, he directed us to high-priced taxis and places where he seemed to earn commission.
Itinerary execution was poor. On the Nainital–Delhi day, we had time to visit Delhi sites listed for the next day, but nothing was covered, and we missed them entirely.
The transport manager always sided with the driver, showing a lack of control and customer support.
We paid the full price in good faith but received a poorly managed, disappointing experince.
