Me n my husband decided to buy a readymade kitchen instead of getting it made for our new home. We went to the Würfel kitchen store n they convinced us dat they will provide us with the best service possible. They explained us that once we make the full payment they will start working on our 3d once that is approved they will punch in the order it will take one n a half months for the kitchen to b ready as its made n germany n once that arrives they fix the kitchen in a weeks time. We booked in mid feb 2022, they called us in April first week that the kitchen was ready, that time our home was no where near to the completion stage so we requested them to keep it in their warehouse n we will let them know when to install the same.
We contacted them back in aug that we are ready and they can come n install the kitchen. On 8th aug they came n dropped the kitchen in our house and trust me since that day me n my husband were just running behind them to get the work done. When we got angry n told them that its been 2 months u haven’t still installed the kitchen Mr. Pradeep very rudely replied mam we were behind u to gt it installed that time you asked us to wait aapko pata hai hum sun ko bhi kaam karwaa rahe hai… n today its 8th nov n still they haven’t still installed our kitchen n now they have chosen not to take our calls n leave us in the middle. All the work they did was also soooo messed up we had to pay our workers to get it corrected… they are no where near to okay also… guys its better to burn ur money then pay them for getting your dream kitchen done.
