Wooplr.com is a flopped site. I worked on it a full time. They have a great concept and a great team. Sadly they undervalue both. On this site too much micro-management and no creative freedom. No growth , professional or monetary if any body else is wooplr's employ then he is doing wastage of his time and everything. It is a worst site. Policies are made and enforced on convenience and obviously not applicable to all. This site has no respect or value for employees. Any iota of growth is lost in dirty politics.
