I ordered a Kitchen storage from Wooden Street(my bad luck). The site mentioned 5 days to Ship at time of purchase. But after waiting for 10 days & many calls I have been informed it takes 5-7 weeks to create a box.
These people take full advance and make false promises. There is so much mis-information and bad customer service(call being put on hold for >12 mins more than once) I am never ever going to buy from them. They are not even having any option to cancel the order. My money is getting used for a 5-7 weeks credit with 0% interest and me sitting waiting. Pathetic website!
