Pathetic company !. Review on Wipro Ltd

Wipro is evidently pathetic . I am sure that most of the positive reviews and ratings about this company are fake, as there can’t be anyone who really can give such good rating without being pressurised or influenced !

I thought of resigning the company on my Onboarding day as it gave me a very negative vibe overall ( environment , etiquette, manners , hygiene ) . Over a period of time , I was rest assured that my initial thoughts were right . People are just “ resources “ who can fetch revenue to the company (just like any other assets such as furniture, laptops, dustbins etc ). There is a clear lack of corporate culture - it feels like a domestic servant to be in the company . Yes , I fully agree that there is lot of bullying and harassment (even political connections ) in the organisation, which makes one feel far from being motivated to work ! This company will shut down soon if there is no drastic cultural change (which can come only when there is a complete reorganisation, with fresh and more capable individuals at senior positions and identifying redundancies )
