I have been working in Genpact client location since 4 years, having bad experience and spoiled my career growth. Initially I have joined as a desktop admin under consultant payroll(primaccess technologies) for 2.5 years.I shown very dedication and eager to learn the technology and finally got an opportunity for internal Team movement.
They are having issues with consultants, so they made all of us as a retainers with same salary which doesnt meet the actual retainers policy. And now I am having 4 years experience with 1.4 l package which spoiled my career growth badly. Wipro infotech will change the policies frequently as per their requirement. And the HR managers are too smart and very few managers shows lot of attitude.
