Hi guys, I would like to share an experience with you guys that I have came across a few months back. I attended a Edu-Fair in kolkata, there I met with their representative. They share with me that Wipro is looking for "Tech Support", they shortlisted me for the second round and invited me to their campus.
After 5 hrs of extensive test, they are saying, "Mechanical are can't be hired" where I did passed all the tests. I asked these "HR Personnel" couple of times in the past that Mech guys are hirable or not, and they repeatedly said Yes .Yes.
I am not able to find any valid point of not knowing these things when you are the person responsible for these thing. You wasted my time that's the reason I am mad on you guys. I don't anything personal.
If anyone in Wipro understand Quality conformance then it's one of the major NC'Non-Conformity' based on it. Now, I dont know that you do have a Quality Policy or Code of Conduct.
