This is regarding order no 71229222691 on 01/01/2018.
I had ordered for a 1kg velvet birthdaycake with two rose bouquet, two dairy milk chocolate, and a white teddy bear and I paid around rs3500.
The birthday turned out to be a harrowing experience.the 1kg cake was just a 1/2 kg cake.the cake was frozen.we found it difficult to even cut the cake.the cake was made in such an unprofessional way.the message I ordered was not found.it lacked sweetness.on the whole it was a cake meant for a diabetic.
The teddy bear was a kind of cruel joke.it was not the white color I ordered but a satin one.worst part was it was torn in the back and cotton was bulging out.
Only plus was the dairy milk chocolate .thank God it was not made by them.
It was such a pathetic experience for me.i called the customer care and I could hear people laughing in the background.i guess they are all used to these kind of complaints. Winni.in, have a heart, Kindly don't cheat a customer that too on a special occasion
