It looks like bunch of jokers running the company who just wanna make money by cheating their trapped customer. I ordered premium cake by paying hefty money but they delivered worst cake and their shameless customer executive doesn't respond well.
I asked for return and refund but they shamelessly ignores it after spoiling the occasion. I recommend everyone never try this fraudsters ever as they don't have any etiquette and respect for their customers.
