My wife was visiting Delhi and had ordered while staying at Sheraton, a 2kg Hawaian cake to be delivered to my brother in Bangalore as a wedding anniversary gift.
The delivery was promptly done the next day on Friday. Sadly the cake turned out to be stale with the pineapple pieces rotten smelling. This morning I have been told that 3 of the people who ate that cake have fallen ill. This is wholly unacceptable and specially not from a reputed company. If this was here in UK, I would be informing the Health and Safety authorities.
I wonder if the company reads these reviews as there seems to be no response for any of the appalling reviews posted here.
