I have use both(windows and android) operating system.Things which I have noticed in both phones have their own unique features.
As we already know that the android has more apps than windows phone but things is that windows phone have also have some apps, which is not available in android phones for example internet explorer, Spartans and so on
Windows phone has quiet mode feature which is not available in android phones.
There is no limitation of upgrading your phone.You can upgrade your phone a much you can.When mobile is off downloading automatic stops.
In my opinion both have equal value.It depends upon on you what features you like most.
