I do not understand that a person who has retired from such a top post can write just on hypothesis and does not bother to give concrete evidences. The whole book appears biased and prejudiced. Somebody who says that Kasab was not actually in Mumbai attacks can not be in sound position of mind. Even Pakistan has accepted it but alas! Our author does not understand it. It seems that everybody except author is imbecile and all the mishaps in India are because only of IB. The whole book is full of stupid arguments and I strongly feel that the author should have a psychiatric opinion.
