The story starts when I was channel surfing one day and all of a sudden I came across a weird scene of a girl decked in as much safty gear as our Indian women normally wear jewelry.I kept looking and was genuinly shocked when this same woman was ATTACHED to a crane and lifted up and SWUNG AROUND 360^o,the view was awesome,...so began my infatuation with Who Dares,WINs.Did anyone know that the British ELITE commandos called S.A.S(Special Air Service)have that as their MOTO?? The show featured odinary people caught in extra odinary situations.Mike Whitney and Tanya Zeyla the 'stars'go out to pick up people on the roadside of Australia and ask them to do strange things such as 'walk in paint',or 'spill ice cream on your partner'.The DARES are hilarious and way cool.

Once in the progam but in every program, Mike Whitney goes to a persons house,someone from that persons life(i.e. a family member,friend etc)has 'recomended' him/her for a special dare.
