I purchased on last december. For past 8 months it did not give any problem. Some times it will not run properly this problem gets sorted out by cleaning the filter. I feel this washing machine gives better options than IFB with the same price and good to have. Before purchasing I went to many showrooms, some body told Whirlpool is good, som body told LG and some body told Siemens, IFB. Actually, they are the salesmen for corresponding product. So dont believe the salesmen words in showroom if they sell something to you he will get something. I referred Internet and purchased Whirlpool and till now I feel my choice is correct.
