I purchased this machine one year ago.This machine is not good .Dirty clothes do not clean and destroy the clothes. This machine have very high cost according this quality. I bought this washing machine 18500 rupees. Which is very high and whirlpool doesn't provide good features.
Performance is not good. Motor stopped working after 6 month. So I contact coustmer care but they doesn't give response.
But my biggest issue was with the noise it made while working.
I called their mechanic and he fixed it but started again after six months and this time the situation became even worse after six months.
So my money wasted on this washing machine.
