I am using top load Whirlpool washing machine and within the couple of years I had more problems and changed the main board already three times.
Again now it stopped working so contacted the service center and again they are telling me to change the main board. This main board cost me every time Rs.3500+ 340 for changing it. They are not ready to find out the problem in the main board but simply they tell me to change it.
Therefore I believe that this company's washing machine is not good. When I was in USA, I was using this product so I thought I may get the same quality product in our country also but here in our country WHIRLPOOL company told me that I am wrong and I should not expect the same quality here in our Nation. So, my suggestion for the people those who are planing to buy washing machine, DO NOT GO FOR WHIRLPOOL, think many many times before you buy it.
