I bought 2 whirlpool 1 ton a/c's at ezone chennai. So far one had created problems due to wrong installation (water dripping inside). I had called the service 2 times so far, and both occasions they came quickly and attended to the problem (even though not corrected first time). Second time they reinstalled.
I found service to be pretty good, with satisfaction tracking through sms which is within your control.What was irritating was the installation was wrong first time around.
So getting this whole thing sorted has taken one month, destroyed one almirah due to water and technicians were very inexperienced first time around... they came and said they will send somebody to correct it as they we here only to see if there is block in the exit pipe!
