I think almost every smart phone user uses it and has improved over the time.
The reason why I prefer this is simple and consumes less data, works even in all kinds of internet connections almost.
And the emojis are simple, clear when compared to any messaging app so far. New blue ticks feature and read option feature are helping a lot to check whether they have seen or not and correspondingly info is passed.
Even we can change a particular message from seen to unseen to avoid some people which is helpful at times.
New calling feature needs to be improved a lot and it works only in good speed and even there a lag is seen clearly and voice is not good.And when a person is offline it should call via our phonebook but here it’s not happening and which is uncomfortable one. This feature is available in jio chat
