There are many CEOs and management gurus who have written tomes on how to conduct business or how to practice the art if management. And then there are other lifestyle and effective living chaps who have written about interpersonal relationships and time management. but no one has come as close to writing a complete treatise integrating across so many areas.
The best thing about this book is that it doesn't put you to sleep (unlike most management texts) and is written in a language anyone can understand. its a review of all the minor/major aspects of conducting business, managing relationship and most importantly selling that every manager should be aware yet no Business school can teach.
Another important feature of the book is its conciseness it doesn't intimidate the reader with number of pages chapters sections and sub sections. its almost as easy as reading a couple of short stories rather than assimilating management gyan. All in all I would recommend this one to anyone interested.
